Floor walk-through

We start by walking the floor with you. We look at where light comes in, where people move and how much sound control each room needs. Then we draw a layout you can sign off on.

Panels, frames, entries

You can pick clear, frosted or patterned panels. Slim frames come in black, bronze or clear anodized metal. Entries can swing, slide or pivot, and we can add locks and closers to suit the space.

Leased spaces

In a leased space, we coordinate with your landlord or property manager. We can also use demountable systems, so the layout is easier to change later.

We fabricate and install storefront systems for shops, cafes, clinics and malls across the Lower Mainland. That covers the frame, the sealed units, the entrances and the automatic sliders. A good storefront lets people see in, keeps heat in and stands up to daily use, so we size and seal every frame to suit the site.

Stick systems are put together piece by piece on site. Unitized systems arrive as large ready-made panels that are lifted into place. Which areas do you serve?

We serve cities and communities across the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Langley and Abbotsford. Yes. The site visit and the written quote are both free. We measure the space, talk through your options and send a clear price with the scope, products and timeline. There is no charge and no obligation to go ahead.

Do you take on homes as well as businesses?

Yes. For homes we fit railings, showers, skylights and new windows. For businesses we fit storefronts, partitions and curtain walls, and we offer repairs for buildings. We start with the use of the space, the openings and the glass you need, then set out the work in a free written quote.

How long does a typical job take?

It depends on the size of the job and the parts. Stock panes are often ready within days, while custom sealed units take longer to make. Larger business jobs follow the build schedule. Your written quote includes a timeline.

Is each install covered by a warranty?

Yes. Every install is backed by our warranty. We also offer upkeep and repairs after the job is done, so you have one team to call if anything needs a fix later on. Ask about the cover for the glass, frames and hardware in your specific project when we prepare the quote.
