Evolution Glazing designs, supplies and installs commercial glass service for homes and businesses in Vancouver, BC. Broken glass replacement, IGU replacement, door and closer repair and emergency board-up for businesses.
Evolution Glazing provides commercial glass replacement and service for offices, retail stores, restaurants, stratas and property managers across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We replace broken and fogged glass and IG units, repair commercial glass doors, closers and hardware, and provide emergency board-up and fast replacement so your building stays secure and open for business.
Vancouver has its own Building By-law, and many projects sit in heritage areas, strata buildings or tight downtown sites. We coordinate drawings, engineering and delivery logistics for condos, detached homes and commercial units, and specify glass and flashing details that stand up to long rainy seasons.
Every Vancouver project starts with a free consultation and on-site precision scan, followed by a 3D design and a written proposal. We use safety-certified tempered and laminated glass and back every installation with our warranty.
Replacement of cracked or shattered windows, storefront panels and glass walls.
New sealed units for fogged or failed insulated glass in existing frames.
Service for glass doors, floor closers, pivots, patch fittings, locks and panic hardware.
Fast board-up after break-ins or accidents, followed by permanent glass replacement.
We can board up a damaged opening quickly to secure the building, then measure and replace the glass. Standard tempered or laminated glass is often available within days; custom IG units take longer to fabricate.
