Why is my skylight leaking?
Most skylight leaks come from failed flashing or membrane around the curb, not the glass itself. We inspect the full assembly and reflash or replace the unit as needed.

Who installs skylights & architectural glass in New Westminster?
Evolution Glazing installs, replaces and repairs skylights and architectural glass across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland — including fixed, venting, automated and walk-on glass skylights, structural glass floors, glass canopies and feature glass walls. We work with Velux, Columbia and SCHÜCO systems and fabricate custom frames for unique roofs. Every skylight includes proper curbs, membrane and flashing so it brings in daylight without letting in rain.
Heritage homes often need sensitive window and IG unit replacement, while river-view condos benefit from balcony glass and interior glass upgrades. Columbia Street retail uses our storefront and emergency glass repair services.
Every New Westminster project starts with a free consultation and on-site precision scan, followed by a 3D design and a written proposal. We use safety-certified tempered and laminated glass and back every installation with our warranty.

Common questions about skylights & architectural glass
Can a skylight be added to an existing roof?
Usually, yes. We assess framing, roof type and slope, then cut in a new opening with a proper curb and flashing. Structural changes may require engineering.
What is architectural glass?
Architectural glass is glass used as part of the building design itself — such as walk-on skylights, glass floors, canopies, curved glass and structural glass walls — engineered for the loads and safety requirements of each application.
