Why is my skylight leaking?
Most skylight leaks come from failed flashing or membrane around the curb, not the glass itself. We inspect the full assembly and reflash or replace the unit as needed.

Common questions about skylights & architectural glass
Can a skylight be added to an existing roof?
Usually, yes. We assess framing, roof type and slope, then cut in a new opening with a proper curb and flashing. Structural changes may require engineering.
What is architectural glass?
Architectural glass is glass used as part of the building design itself — such as walk-on skylights, glass floors, canopies, curved glass and structural glass walls — engineered for the loads and safety requirements of each application.
