Evolution Glazing designs, supplies and installs curtain wall for homes and businesses in Burnaby, BC. New stick and unitized curtain wall, plus IGU, gasket and panel replacement on existing buildings.
Evolution Glazing installs new curtain wall systems and replaces failed curtain wall glass, IG units, gaskets and seals on commercial, institutional and multi-family buildings across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We handle shop drawings, engineering coordination, access equipment and occupied-building scheduling, using engineer-approved systems and safety-certified glass.
We handle office glass partitions and storefronts in Burnaby business parks and town centres, and railings, shower glass and window upgrades in homes around Burnaby Mountain, Capitol Hill and Deer Lake. Rain-screen condos in Burnaby often need foggy IG unit replacement and careful flashing work.
Every Burnaby project starts with a free consultation and on-site precision scan, followed by a 3D design and a written proposal. We use safety-certified tempered and laminated glass and back every installation with our warranty.
Site-assembled mullion and transom systems for low- and mid-rise commercial buildings.
Factory-glazed panels for faster installation on larger and taller projects.
Replacement of fogged, cracked or failed insulated glass units in existing systems.
Gasket, pressure-plate and perimeter seal renewal to stop leaks and air infiltration.
Yes. Most curtain wall systems allow individual IG units to be removed and reglazed, either from the exterior with access equipment or from the interior on inside-glazed systems. We match glass make-up and colour to the existing facade.
Leaks usually come from aged gaskets, failed perimeter sealant or blocked weep paths rather than the glass itself. We inspect the system, then reseal, regasket or reglaze the affected areas.
Yes. We work as the glazing trade on new commercial and mixed-use builds, coordinating shop drawings, engineering and schedules with the general contractor.
